Event: Dinner for 3,000 at The World of Coca-Cola
Client: Pharmaceutical Company

Faced with the challenges of crowd management and being able to feed 3,000 conference attendees at the same time, all while sticking to our client’s budget, Juice Studios created a stunning event that gave our client the “Wow” factor she was hoping for.

Pemberton Place, home of the Georgia Aquarium and The World of Coca-Cola, was turned into a unique Southern dining venue. Brightly colored linens, banquet staff lined up around the room ready to attend any need and whimsical centerpieces helped create a vibrant and branded ambience. Multiple entrances to the event, as well as several buffets and bars placed throughout the open space allowed attendees to flow smoothly so the space never seemed crowded and no one had to wait. Attendees enjoyed themselves and everyone, including our client, was thrilled with the food, the scene and most importantly, that we had done it all within her budget.

Event: Wine Country Dinner for 400
Client: Financial Services Provider

This client had chosen a specific location for its annual meeting. While the location was a gorgeous wine country venue, it did not offer enough space for all of the events planned, including dinner for all 400 attendees.

Juice Studios began with the amazing wine country setting and worked our magic. Wine crates, curtains, overflowing grapes, grape vines, hyacinths and glowing candles transformed the blank slate of a white tent into an elegant old world winery. Art from local artists was hung around the “room” to complete the look. Our team’s creativity and ability to think beyond the limitations of an existing space helped create an experience that made a lasting impact on its attendees.

 

Event: Stage Dinner at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre
Client: International Consumer Products Company

This international client turned to Juice Studios to help create an “Atlanta” experience for attendees from around the world. We faced the additional challenge of following up a breathtaking event from the previous year – dinner inside an extravagant sound stage set in Prague. This dinner is always the signature event of the client’s annual conference so, of course, it has to be extraordinary.

Rising to the occasion, Juice Studios created a dazzling night where music, visual artistry and fine dining merged inside Atlanta’s unique Fox Theatre. We created an elegant ballroom on the Fox’s Main Stage then built a new stage over the seats in the audience where a parade of entertainment including gospel choirs, marching bands, Hula Hoopers and a variety of other performance artists kept the crowd captivated the entire evening.

Event: Latin-themed Dinner
Client: Financial Services Company

This client held its annual conference in Miami, the perfect backdrop for a Latin-inspired dinner party. Beginning with a canvas of pure white, Juice Studios took a cue from Miami’s hot nights and layered the signature color of hot pink throughout all of the décor from table linens, to flowers, to lighting, creating a zesty ambience. Once the sun set, the tent was imbued with a warm rosy glow. Local Latin performers kept the crowd enthralled between courses and into the night.
