Event: Volun-Teaming Give Back Dinner

The group enjoyed a truly unique evening of “volun-teaming” networking and camaraderie as four business segments converged in one special event environment. This unique setting featured four distinct areas where their colleagues “gave back” to the community while “kicking back” and truly enjoying themselves. Each project gave back to a very worthy local agency and gave the guests a fun activity to participate in – not just your average dinner. From building bookshelves for a local charter school, to stuffing piñata’s for a local children’s hospital – the evening was a huge success while the group truly ‘gave back’.

Event: Tour for 1500 Pharmaceutical Sales Professionals
Client: Pharmaceutical Company

Juice Studios was hired by this client to coordinate its annual conference in Atlanta, including organizing a group tour and activity for all 1500 of its attendees. Coordinating such a large number of attendees spread across three hotels to attend a single event might have proven daunting for another company. For us, it was just another opportunity to showcase our creative problem-solving skills. A well-thought master plan, a strategy to break the attendees into small groups allowed us to execute the tour without a hitch. The group of 1,500 was dispersed smoothly among 25 motor coaches and tour guides, all making it to the single event on time.    A fabulous time was had by all on the tour and Juice Studios exceeded another client's expectations.

Event: Spouse Tour and Luncheon
Client: Leading International Food Manufacturer

Juice Studios excels at facing a challenge. This client had taken the spouses and partners of its conference attendees on a tour of a French château the previous year and we were tasked with putting together an event to top it.

By putting together a program that included tours of the Atlanta History Center, an elegant five course luncheon in the Grand Overlook featuring refined French cuisine and a performance by the Atlanta Boys Choir, we exceeded our client’s expectations and left their guests with an impression of a sophisticated and inviting Southern city.
