*Teambuilding…Volunteering…Giving Back - all words we've heard all year long from our new and current clients. Juice Studios is your go-to DMC when you or your client is looking for these interactive ideas. In fact, we just completed a "Mission Impossible" themed team building for a medical device company that included a rock wall, 'mind field', and oversized "trike-bike" races. The 100+ group was divided into teams and competed for the top prize. Juice Studios created a fabulous and excited team building event once again!

*How do you get 3,000 attendees to enjoy a warm night out in Atlanta? You start by getting Juice Studios involved! Juice Studios created an extension to the World of Cola-Cola event facility but adding four enormous tents in Pemperton Place to give a centralized area where the entire group could gather, mingle, eat and drink. It was an example of true Southern Hospitality at it's best!

*Juice Studios DMC recreated the look of the Delano Hotel of South Beach right in the middle of the InterContinental Hotel Buckhead. Our client, a leading medical education company, wanted to theme their welcome reception as if it was right out of South Beach. Lighting, flowing white drapes, palms, candles and lots of comfortable white sofas, gave the group the exact look they wanted!

*It was another successful program produced by the Juice Studios team in Orlando, Florida for a Fortune 100 Financial services company. Over 1,200 employees gathered at the Gaylord Palms Orlando to participate in educational and strategy sessions and even some teambuilding activities. The group 'gave back' by building children's bikes and wagons for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. It was the Juice Studios dynamic event team that successfully coordinated this unbelievable team building activity for over 1,200 people!

* San Francisco was the location of the bi-annual meeting of a leading medical association and their members. Juice Studios produced the general sessions as well as off site events at such great venues at Tres Agaves (where each attendee was able to participate in a 'margarita making' class) and Le Colonial, one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the country! The event was so successful that we will be back in San Francisco next year!

*New Orleans, LA: Utilizing meeting planning and production services of Juice Studios, Cancer Clinics of Excellence held their first annual meeting at the Hilton Riverside Hotel in New Orleans, LA. Over 150 guests gathered for symposiums and general meetings in the oncology field. CCE looked to Juice Studios for turn key services including hotel logistics, all general session and ancillary meeting production, transportation services and management and finally, planning and executing two fantastic evenings at offsite locations - historic Destrehan Plantation and the infamous Arnaud’s Restaurant. The Cancer Clinics of Excellence attendees experienced New Orleans the Juice Studios way.

* Savannah, GA: The team from Juice Studios headed to historic Savannah, GA where they produced an exquisite evening event for the leader of one of Savannah’s largest equipment manufacturing companies. The international event kicked off with cocktails inside Telfair Academy of Art. Next, guests were escorted across the street by a bag piper to a custom tented “wonderland” on Telfair Square. With five different entertainment ensembles performing throughout the event for over 300 guests representing 15 countries across the globe, this event took Savannah by storm!

* Juice Studios had the honor of working with a leading health care services company in Orlando, Florida during the HIMSS Convention. Juice was able to assist this new client in managing a VIP Concierge Program for over 200 of their top clients. Juice Studios services included managing a call center, on-site concierge services, assisting with special events, dine-a-rounds, amenity deliveries, staffing, and transportation for all clients and executives for the week. Our client agreed that with the help of Juice Studios, the program was a huge success!

*Business colleagues from three separate, client-facing segments within a Fortune 100 Financial Services Company recently met in Atlanta to discuss a host of topics - including their 2008 goals, their scorecard and their strategies to achieve their goals. The purpose of the gathering of the three divisions was to position themselves to serve their clients better in order to achieve success in 2008...a great way to kick off the New Year! Juice Studios assisted with all aspects of this meeting from hotel site selection, registration, overall production of each general session and full management of all food and beverage for each group, as well as evening events.

Juice Studios is excited to announce that we have just been awarded our Women Business Enterprise certification. The WBENC certification is for women-owned businesses and is one of the most widely recognized and respected certifications in the nation. Accepted by over 700 major corporations across the country and a number of federal and government agencies, we believe the WBENC certification will be an important marketing tool for expanding Juice Studios visibility among decision makers in corporate supplier diversity and procurement.

Juice Studios was a sponsor of meeting production services for the first ever Mom Corps event, "Own Your Life" conference held at Twelve Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, May 10th. With over 500 people in attendance, Juice was proud to be a part of such a successful event!

For the third year in a row, Juice Studios has pushed corporate filmmaking to the limit on behalf of TIAA-CREF, the New York-based financial services company. By working with minimal multitasking crews and streamlining the production process to its core, Juice's Jason Bell was able to up the production level of the internal pieces to broadcast levels.
